  • All Occasions Accessories products are individually handcrafted to your specifications and because of this minor variations may occur.  This does mean each item is unique to you and  no two people will ever have the same piece. 
  • We use only the highest quality components, including Swarovksi Crystals and Pearls, Freshwater Pearls and quality silver plated and gold plated wires and bases.  All plated earring posts comply with the EU Nickel Regulations or will be made of  Sterling silver or 9K Gold.  This will be stated on the item description. 
  • Your order may be placed online via Paypal's Secure Shopping Cart or by phone.   If possible please provide us with a contact number so we are able to contact you if necessary.  I would like to stress that we do NOT sell our information to third parties.
  • aS ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AND IN STOCK ALL ITEMS WILL BE SENT WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT.  If you need confirmation of sizes or dimensions of items please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to confirm these or, if needed, adjust these.

Bespoke Service

  • We offer a bespoke service at no extra cost with a no obligation quote given. Email contact will be maintained throughout the design process to ensure you are happy with each aspect of your accessories, giving you ultimate control.
  • If you see anything on our site that interests you but you would like some alterations done, this is possible and should extra cost be incurred in doing this, we reserve the right to make additional charges.  This will be conveyed to you before going ahead with the sale. 


 Payment and Posting

  • Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order.
  • You may pay via debit/credit card using Paypal or alternatively by personal cheque made payable please to mrs f hIGGINSON.  Please email us when placing your order if you wish to pay by cheque and we will provide you with further details.
  • All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1ST CLASS Delivery.  aNY ITEM WITH A VALUE OF OVER £34 WILL BE SENT VIA RECORDED SERVICE AND THEREFORE A signature WILL BE required on delivery.  For worldwide postal charges please contact us.  If you are making multiple purchases please also contact us for a postage discount.

  • We accept no responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete address information or no-one being available to sign for a delivery.
  • We accept no responsibility for any import taxes or charges applicable to your order.

 Refund Policy

  • we will gladly provide a refund or exchange if your item is defective or has been damaged in the postal system. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item and return the item in the original packing materials.  If the item is over £34 please ensure it is sent by Recorded Delivery. 

  • Please note that postage for return of items is non-refundable.  Please ensure that you retain your proof of postage.

  • We are unable to accept returns of earrings due to health and hygiene regulations.
